Rolando

Hola,
My name is Rolando and I’m the latest addition to the Château team, here to act as a Swiss Army knife: managing the work, tinkering, checking that everything’s working, creating a vegetable garden, helping to imagine, in collaboration with the wonderful team in place and all of you, a timeless space where Humanity and Nature live in harmony, where the World could be like Paradise.

My background is somewhat atypical, so I’ll try to keep it short:

A Master’s degree in Fine Arts at the Panthéon-Sorbonne, the start of my career as a visual artist, creations for advertising agencies, tea salesman in a prestigious shop in Paris, TV producer for Canal+’s Zapping and a few others, music and cultural journalist, for the press, for Radio Nova (alongside Aline) and on ITélé for the Journal de La Culture (alongside Olivier Benkemoun), editor-in-chief of the first website dedicated to electronic music (back in 1999! ), foot reflexologist (traditional Chinese medicine), founder of a Vegan restaurant where for five years I tried to prove, in a land of meat farmers and milk producers, that you could eat differently and enjoy yourself, while taking care of the planet, etc.

By chance or fate, I came across Katia and Emmanuel one day, and the course of my life was definitely tipped into another dimension, one of all possibilities, where dreams are allowed and the wildest bets are kindly encouraged.

Who knows, we might even be able to build a place of benchmark and inspiration. 🙂
