What does a team retreat look like at Château?
A natural rythm
Mornings often start with focused work sessions or meetings in our shared spaces. Long (French) lunches follow, sometimes turning into walks around the property or informal conversations by the fireplace. Afternoons are flexible: deep work, workshops, or simply time to slow down and recharge. Evenings tend to be simple and social with cooking together, sharing meals, checking in, or letting conversations unfold organically.
Intentional planning
Château only has a few slots each year for team retreats and events. This ensures we can give our full attention to these events and actually have time to support your vision. In 2026, for example, April and the third week of June are the last options. Balancing time for retreats and time for the coliving community helps us build systems that make life in the castle flow in a gentle and human way. It actually feels like home, and this feeling allows you to experience deeper connections and memories with your team.
The perfect balance
What makes retreats here different is the balance: just enough structure to support the team, and enough space to let things happen naturally. Many teams tell us that the most valuable moments come from the in-between with the shared meals, the quiet walks, the unplanned conversations that rarely happen in day-to-day work life.
It works especially well for remote teams who want to (re)connect, reflect, and spend real time together.
Curious if this could work for your team?
Or maybe you know a team, founder, or remote company that could use a reset? Feel free to share our dedicated page with them, or simply reach out. We’re always happy to chat and explore what might make sense.
