As a community-focused coliving space, we welcome all our guests during the first days of the calendar month with a 27-night minimum stay, ensuring that they spend their time within the same group of people and foster meaningful connections.

Delicious home-made crêpes buffet every Sunday

24/7 workspace access – comfortable chairs, presentation screen, sound system

Fast wi-fi and all utilities

Tea & coffee throughout the day

Selection of old and new books in many languages

Co-created movement classes such as yoga, workouts, runs, dance and more!

Daily cleaning of all shared areas

Weekly room cleaning and change of linen

Bi-weekly pickup of grocery shopping (individual online orders)

WHAT’S OPTIONAL

Family dinners & BBQs (Shared costs)

Laundry and dryer – 3€ per load, including detergents

Wine & cheese degustations (hello, we’re in France 🙂)

Day trips and visits around

Dess up & thematic parties (such as treasure hunts, mysteries, and more)

Monitor screen rental - 60€ per month

Payment Conditions

At the moment of booking, you will be charged a deposit of 50% of the total of your stay. The rest of the amount will be automatically taken from the payment method provided 2 days after your check-in date. Your credit card information will be kept safely as a security for any potential damages.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel 10 days or less prior to arrival, in case of a no-show, you will be charged the full amount of your booked stay.
